These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SĪQN Intelligence platform, including all associated websites, data feeds, intelligence briefs, and subscription services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SĪQN Intelligence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating in the United States.
By creating an account, subscribing to any tier, or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
SĪQN Intelligence is a subscription-based data aggregation and intelligence platform that collects publicly available federal contracting opportunity data from government sources, applies proprietary scoring algorithms, and generates AI-assisted intelligence briefs for the use of subscribers engaged in or pursuing federal government contracting.
The Service is intended solely for informational and business development purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, procurement advice, bid preparation services, or any form of professional advisory service.
SĪQN Intelligence aggregates publicly available data published by agencies of the United States federal government. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of the United States government, any federal agency, or any government procurement system.
All raw opportunity data sourced from federal government systems is public domain information. The proprietary elements of the Service — including but not limited to the scoring methodology, relevance algorithms, intelligence brief content, and platform design — are the exclusive intellectual property of SĪQN Intelligence.
The Service is offered under the following subscription tiers: Solo, Team, and Studio. Pricing for each tier is displayed at the time of purchase and subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are billed in U.S. dollars.
Trial access may be offered at the Company's discretion. Trial users receive access to the full platform for a defined period. Upon trial expiration, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All platform content, including but not limited to the scoring engine methodology, AI-generated intelligence briefs, interface design, brand assets, and proprietary data structures, is the intellectual property of SĪQN Intelligence and is protected under applicable United States intellectual property law.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred by your subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF INACCURACIES.
Federal opportunity data aggregated by the platform reflects publicly available government sources and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The Company makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any intelligence brief or scored data.
Nothing in the Service constitutes a guarantee of contract award, bid success, or any particular business outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SĪQN INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
The Company's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SĪQN Intelligence and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
The Service is intended for use by United States-based subscribers engaged in or pursuing United States federal government contracting. The Company makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the United States.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a jurisdiction selected by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate the subscription relationship at any time. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct the Company determines to be harmful to the platform or other subscribers.
